We boast a highly experienced team of CAD design engineers that work very closely with our clients project managers to ensure complete success.
We offer a bespoke manufacturing service that is second to none. Our CAD designers take your plans and transform them into working models using the latest computerized design and manufacturing techniques. Quality is the overriding factor in everything we do, our customers depend on our quality and our commitment to them is shown through our current accreditations.
Our customers are also offered Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and Mouldflow imagery to ensure unnecessarily costly and time consuming alterations are not required at a later date.
Our Milling section is operated from a direct network link from our designers to our shop floor computers where the highly skilled machine operators create their own machining programme.
The CNC milling machines operate at extremely high speed and our highly experienced and efficient operators use the latest software and controls to ensure a premium finish to all machined parts.
